Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of high‑potential prospects, turning leads into qualified opportunities (Purchase Orders).
- Conduct daily sales activities, including telemarketing, canvassing, and face‑to‑face meetings with customers to generate new business.
- Act as a trusted consultant, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding customers through the selection of ISP and RT/RW Net services.
- Coordinate closely with technical and administrative teams to ensure smooth order processing, service activation, and post‑sale support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leveraging promotional tools.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Handle objections professionally, providing clear information and alternative solutions to overcome concerns.
- Identify and pursue new market segments, including small and medium enterprises, government entities, and community networks.
- Travel to out‑of‑town roadshow events and on‑site client visits as required, representing the company with professionalism.
- Maintain a polished appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude that reflects the company’s brand values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA preferred).
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in D2D (door‑to‑door) or RT/RW Net provider environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure while meeting targets.
- Good attitude, tidy and attractive appearance.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A) and ability to drive a car; motorcycle driving is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for roadshows and client visits.
- Solid understanding of the ISP market, broadband technologies, and community network concepts.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis.
- Team player with strong coordination skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
