Introduction
PT. SPX Logistics is expanding its rapid delivery network in the West Bandung Regency and Cimahi area. We are seeking motivated and reliable motorcycle couriers who can ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of parcels for our growing e‑commerce and B2C clientele. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the SPX hub and deliver them to customers at the designated address, adhering strictly to the agreed delivery windows.
- Inspect each package before departure to confirm that it is intact, correctly labeled, and matches the order details.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS and company routing tools to minimize travel time and fuel consumption while meeting service level agreements.
- Update delivery status in real‑time via the SPX mobile application, including signatures, photos, and any delivery exceptions.
- Report any incidents, delays, or customer feedback to the dispatch supervisor promptly.
- Perform routine checks on the motorcycle, ensuring it is serviced, fueled, and equipped with required safety gear before each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure all company‑issued equipment (e.g., delivery bags, protective gear) is stored properly.
- Comply with local traffic regulations and SPX safety policies at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑50 years; no upper age limit beyond 50.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh candidates will receive on‑the‑job training.
- Strong communication skills to interact courteously with customers and the dispatch team.
- Basic understanding of route planning and willingness to use navigation apps.
- Ability to handle light to moderate loads (up to 20 kg) and lift packages safely.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Skills in B2C sales management, fleet coordination, and basic sales administration are a plus.
