Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Shop Owner and Retail Operations Manager to lead our bustling store located in Motolunge, Kemiling. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service that drives sales and builds loyalty.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Manage live sales events and online promotions, coordinating with marketing teams to maximize reach.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting sales trends, inventory turnover, and staffing needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
- Be available to work on weekends and public holidays, providing consistent coverage during peak shopping periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preferred) with a maximum age limit of 28 years.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage stock, conduct inventory audits, and handle live sales platforms.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Disciplined, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Location: Must be able to work at the Motolunge Kemiling store.
