Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of up to six sales and service staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and uphold brand standards.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze foot traffic data, and implement corrective actions to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with the central warehouse, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences.
- Prepare work schedules, approve leave requests, and manage attendance to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to execute in‑store campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues for senior management review.
Requirements

- Age: 25‑35 years old.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or D1 equivalent) in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail operations or store management.
- Leadership Ability: Proven capability to manage and motivate a small team (minimum 6 members).
- Physical & Mental Fitness: Healthy both physically and spiritually, with the stamina to work 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
- Professional Appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable with an ideal height and weight proportion for a front‑facing role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Android smartphones, basic POS systems, and inventory software.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, decisive, and able to resolve HR issues swiftly.
- Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle for occasional off‑site tasks and errands.
- Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
