Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan (Cleaning Service) to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This full‑time position plays a vital role in maintaining a spotless and hygienic environment across all office areas, conference rooms, restrooms, and common facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a courteous attitude that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all workspaces meet the company’s cleanliness standards.
- Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and monitor usage to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment.
- Carry out periodic deep‑cleaning procedures, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing, according to a predefined schedule.
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, mops) and report any malfunction or need for replacement.
- Manage waste disposal by sorting recyclable materials, emptying trash bins, and ensuring proper disposal in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with security and facilities teams to address any spills, hazards, or emergency cleaning situations promptly.
- Document completed tasks in a daily log, noting any issues that require managerial attention.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Support shift handovers by briefing the incoming team on ongoing tasks and special instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years; gender neutral.
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience; prior work in a corporate setting is preferred.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Strong understanding of basic hygiene principles and proper use of cleaning tools and chemicals.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and polite communication skills.
- Capability to follow written instructions accurately and report any irregularities.
