Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Motorbike Courier (Kurir Motor Hub) to join our dynamic delivery team in Bekasi, Indonesia. This role is essential for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly, safely, and in perfect condition. As a courier, you will be the face of our logistics network, representing our commitment to quality service and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined, punctual individual who can navigate the busy streets of Bekasi efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. You will work closely with dispatch coordinators, use modern mobile applications for route planning, and interact directly with customers to confirm deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and other assigned items to the designated addresses within the agreed time windows.
- Inspect each package before departure to ensure it is packed securely, labeled correctly, and in good condition.
- Utilize GPS navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps) and the company’s routing app to determine the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion and road closures.
- Obtain a customer’s signature or digital confirmation upon successful delivery, adhering to the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic incidents, address discrepancies, or recipient unavailability—to the operations team promptly.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, lights, and registration documents.
- Ensure that the mobile device used for tracking and communication remains charged and functional throughout the shift.
- Assist in occasional on‑site inventory checks or package sorting when required by the hub manager.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the operating‑system standards of our delivery application.
- Clean appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings that could affect professional presentation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling delivery documentation.
- Excellent customer service attitude with good communication skills.
