We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pemeliharaan (Maintenance Technician) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in keeping our conveyor and sorting systems running at peak efficiency, ensuring that parcels move swiftly and safely through our hub.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the optimal condition and performance of all conveyor systems, including belts, rollers, motors, and sensors.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment health, identify potential failures, and estimate the remaining useful life of sorting machinery.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform corrective repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Design, prototype, and implement modifications or upgrades to improve equipment reliability, safety, and throughput.
- Interpret technical documentation such as electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, PLC ladder logic, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations, Safety, and Engineering teams to align maintenance activities with overall plant goals.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis (RCA) after equipment failures and recommend preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a vocational diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, PLC programs, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong practical knowledge of conveyor systems, sorting equipment, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with PLC installation, troubleshooting, and basic programming is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward equipment reliability.
- Male candidates only, as specified by current operational requirements.
- Willingness to be permanently stationed at the Depok DC.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to document work clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or emergency shifts when critical equipment issues arise.
