Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns engineering, housekeeping, administrative, and marketing functions with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all hotel facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency.
- Lead the housekeeping team in establishing rigorous cleaning standards for guest rooms and public areas, while implementing sustainable practices.
- Manage administrative processes, including document control, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate marketing and front‑office initiatives to promote hotel services, drive occupancy, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, housekeeping, admin, and marketing departments to resolve cross‑functional challenges swiftly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coach team members, and create development plans to nurture talent and reduce turnover.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, guest satisfaction scores, and revenue growth, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Manage shift scheduling, including weekends and holidays, to guarantee 24/7 operational coverage.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcomed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical engineering concepts, facility management software, and standard office productivity tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities; ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Personal Traits: Discipline, detail‑orientation, strong organizational habits, and a proactive mindset.
- Work Availability: Willingness to work a shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and to cover weekends and public holidays when required.

- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus for interacting with international guests and partners.
