Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Pengiriman Semen – Operasional to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of cement products to construction sites and distributors across the Mojo region and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are comfortable working independently while meeting strict delivery targets.
Responsibilities
- Pick up cement loads from the warehouse or production plant using a personal two‑wheel motor vehicle.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, ensuring optimal travel times and fuel efficiency.
- Load, unload, and secure cement bags or bulk containers to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery orders against invoices and obtain customer signatures or digital confirmations via an Android smartphone.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times in the company’s tracking system.
- Inspect the motorbike daily for safety compliance, perform basic maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and site managers regarding any delays, traffic conditions, or special handling requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) when loading or unloading cement.
- Assist in occasional inventory checks and return of empty bags or pallets to the warehouse.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic queries about delivery schedules and product availability.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 18‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Own a well‑maintained two‑wheel motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work under performance targets and meet daily delivery quotas.
- Familiarity with the Mojo, Semen, and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 2 GB RAM for navigation and digital delivery confirmation.
- Strong time‑management skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian for reading delivery orders and completing paperwork.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of heavy cement bags.
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with clients and internal teams.
