Introduction

We are seeking a Koki Profesional – Spesialis Masakan Berkualitas to join our dynamic culinary team. The role offers a full‑time schedule, with the flexibility to work both day and night shifts, ensuring continuous service for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a wide range of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, conducting regular checks of all kitchen stations and equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of perishable and non‑perishable items.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and fellow kitchen staff to develop new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
  • Train junior kitchen assistants on proper cooking techniques, knife skills, and equipment operation.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee consistency and quality in every dish served.
  • Participate in daily briefings and post‑service debriefs to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
  • Adapt quickly to changing guest volume, adjusting prep work and staffing as needed during peak periods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established cleaning schedules.
  • Contribute ideas for cost‑effective menu planning while minimizing waste and controlling portion sizes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
