Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Manajer Operasional Outlet Crew to lead our food‑and‑beverage outlet located in Plaza Asia Sumedang. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering high‑quality service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail setting. The role reports directly to the Area Operations Manager and plays a crucial part in ensuring that our guests experience the brand’s standards consistently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food preparation and service, ensuring every dish meets the company’s SOPs for taste, presentation, and safety.
- Maintain the outlet’s cleanliness and organization, conducting regular inspections of the kitchen, dining area, and back‑of‑house storage.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and coach team members on proper service techniques and hygiene practices.
- Track inventory levels, place orders with approved suppliers, and manage waste to control costs while preserving product quality.
- Analyze daily sales reports, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and community events.
- Foster a positive work culture by recognizing high performers, conducting regular feedback sessions, and encouraging continuous learning.
- Prepare weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggested optimizations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or retail sector, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact courteously with customers and staff.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high level of responsibility in previous positions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the outlet’s operating schedule.
- Residence within Kab. Sumedang or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for inventory tracking and report generation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to handling unexpected service challenges.
- Team‑player mindset, capable of motivating crew members and fostering a collaborative environment.
