Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new clients, presenting Amartha’s loan products and community‑based financial programs.
- Conduct on‑site household economic assessments, gathering data on income, expenses, and savings behavior to determine eligibility.
- Perform thorough feasibility surveys and credit‑worthiness analysis in line with Amartha’s internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed loan applications and present findings to the credit committee, providing clear recommendations for approval or alternative solutions.
- Accompany members during weekly meetings, supporting them in transaction processing, repayment planning, and financial education.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field visits, and progress reports using Amartha’s digital management system.
- Collaborate closely with local partners, community leaders, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and to capture market feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve outreach techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – candidates with up to a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be 28 years old or younger (maximum 35 years for senior positions).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Transportation: Ownership of a two‑wheel motorbike is required for field mobility.
- Work Style: Willingness to work primarily in the field and travel across Amartha’s branch network in the Kampar area.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on building trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community outreach is a plus.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, problem‑solving aptitude, resilience under pressure, and a proactive attitude toward meeting targets.
