Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution serving Central Java and the Yogyakarta region, is seeking a motivated Remedial Officer (Penagihan) to join its dedicated credit recovery team. This role is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing overdue receivables, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The successful candidate will be based at one of our many branch offices, chosen according to the applicant’s domicile, and will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), ensuring timely recovery in line with corporate targets.
- Monitor credit accounts daily, identify delinquent borrowers, and prioritize collection actions based on risk exposure.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with defaulters to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Approval and Loan Operations teams to verify customer data, resolve disputes, and update account status in the system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery ratios to senior management.
- Assist in developing and refining collection strategies, including the use of digital payment reminders, SMS alerts, and automated dialers.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, ensuring that all collection activities are conducted ethically and respectfully.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff or interns, sharing best practices in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency rates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) from any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial service role is preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection procedures; ability to use collection software and MS Office tools.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Business Understanding: Knowledge of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be placed at any Adira Finance branch in Central Java or Yogyakarta, including but not limited to Semarang, Demak, Kudus, Jepara, Purwodadi, Grobogan, Kendal, Salatiga, Pati, Rembang, Solo, Wonogiri, Sragen, Karanganyar, Klaten, Yogyakarta, Magelang, Purworejo, Temanggung, Purwokerto, Purbalingga, Cilacap, Majenang, Kebumen, Pekalongan, Pemalang, Tegal, Bumiayu, Ketanggungan, Banjarnegara, and Wonosobo.
