Introduction
WOM Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Marketing Agent Officer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of independent agents and brokers, driving product awareness for our multi‑purpose financing solutions, and ultimately delivering outstanding sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for market opportunities, and the ability to manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of agents across Indonesia.
Working Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, ensuring that our financing products—such as Motorku and Mobilku—reach the right customers through both traditional and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Agent Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents (brokers or makelar), providing them with training, performance targets, and ongoing support to maximize productivity.
- Network Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing agents through regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
- Marketing & Sales Execution: Promote WOM Finance’s multi‑purpose financing products via online platforms, social media, canvassing, flyering, and in‑person presentations to potential borrowers.
- Field Surveys & Credit Analysis: Conduct on‑site visits to customer residences, verify documentation (such as BPKB), assess creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with internal risk standards.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for unit volume and financing amount, tracking results through CRM systems and reporting to senior management.
- Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and agent performance metrics to recommend strategic adjustments and new growth initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, underwriting, and customer service teams to streamline the loan application process and enhance the overall borrower experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
