Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stock‑taking cycles (stock opname) across all warehouse and store locations, ensuring 100% accuracy of SKU counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory with the ERP and POS systems, identifying and investigating discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports, highlighting variances, shrinkage, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to update stock levels and support replenishment planning.
- Serve as a live host for product showcases and promotional events, presenting apparel collections to online audiences with confidence and professionalism.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of new arrivals, ensuring that product placement aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the stockroom and retail floor.
- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, spot checks, and audit trails.
- Participate in regular training sessions on the latest inventory management software and live‑streaming platforms.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit by communicating effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 25 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in inventory auditing or a similar stock‑taking role.
- Preferably experienced as a live host for fashion or apparel promotions.
- Strong passion for the fashion and daily‑apparel industry, with a good eye for trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good manners, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, creativity, and diligence in previous positions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Tolerance and respect for diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
