Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a detailed content calendar, outlining weekly posts, stories, reels, and campaign milestones.
- Produce high‑quality visual assets—including photos, graphics, and short‑form videos—using editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Upload and schedule content, monitor real‑time performance, and adjust tactics based on engagement metrics.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective customers through comments, direct messages, and community groups, providing timely and friendly support.
- Collaborate with the product team to acquire deep product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to the audience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign results using platform analytics and internal reporting tools; prepare concise performance summaries for senior management.
- Support the sales administration process by tracking leads generated from social channels and updating the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for content themes, seasonal promotions, and audience engagement tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.

- At least 1 year of practical experience managing social media accounts or conducting digital marketing activities.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including a solid understanding of each platform’s algorithm and best practices.
- Ability to craft a content plan and execute product‑focused campaigns.
- Experience uploading and optimizing visual content (photos and videos) for maximum reach.
- Strong verbal communication skills; able to interact courteously with customers online.
- Basic knowledge of the company’s products and the ability to quickly learn product details.
- Photo and video editing skills are a distinct advantage (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or mobile editing apps).
- Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and sales leads.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines in a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:30‑17:30).
