Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our growing team in Manado. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the company’s financial health across our operations in Papua, Sulawesi, and Maluku. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve collection targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of overdue collection activities, ensuring all outstanding invoices are pursued and resolved within established timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, prioritize cases based on risk and amount, and develop action plans for each segment.
- Engage directly with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment arrangements, settlements, or restructuring options.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s credit management system, documenting all communications and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to understand the underlying reasons for defaults and provide feedback for future risk mitigation.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management review.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and coordinate with external collection agencies or legal counsel when necessary.
- Promote a customer‑centric approach while enforcing company policies, ensuring that every interaction reflects Adira Finance’s commitment to fairness and transparency.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with regulatory changes, collection best practices, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role; experience in the multifinance sector is a strong plus.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring tools, loan processing, and debt collection software.

- Willingness to be placed in any of the Adira Finance locations in Papua, Sulawesi, or Maluku, based on domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
