Introduction
Adira, a leading multi‑finance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a highly motivated Officer Remedial Penagihan to join its dynamic team across all branches in Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that accounts receivable (A/R) overdue collections are executed promptly and efficiently, directly supporting the company’s cash‑flow stability and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will report to the regional finance supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Monitor daily A/R aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and develop action plans to mitigate delinquencies.
- Communicate proactively with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment schedules.
- Coordinate with the credit, sales, and legal departments to obtain necessary documentation and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the company’s ERP system and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze collection trends, provide insights on root causes of late payments, and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection cycle.
- Assist in training junior staff on effective negotiation techniques and proper documentation practices.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute to the development of risk‑management strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only, up to 30 years of age.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related finance function; experience in multi‑finance environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to be placed in any Adira branch throughout Sulawesi.
