Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and arrange tables, including setting cutlery, glasses, and condiments according to company standards.
- Serve dishes and drinks, monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, and respond promptly to any concerns.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and process refunds when necessary, maintaining cash register accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing high‑touch surfaces.
- Perform routine kitchen cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, wiping countertops, and organizing storage areas.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of napkins, utensils, and beverage supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow health, safety, and food‑handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to create a seamless service flow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
