Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Bisnis Area Pekanbaru 2. This role is pivotal in driving financial inclusion by identifying new borrowers, supporting household economic activities, and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential new clients for Amartha’s micro‑finance programs, focusing on underserved households and small entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct on‑site economic assessments and provide personalized coaching to members, helping them improve financial literacy and manage cash flow.
  • Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s internal policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present well‑structured recommendations to the financing committee, highlighting risk factors, repayment capacity, and social impact.
  • Accompany members to weekly meetings, monitor repayment behavior, and facilitate smooth transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate field reports, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and provide feedback to product development teams.
  • Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to build trust and expand Amartha’s network.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new financial products, digital tools, and best practices in micro‑finance.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old (the broader posting allows up to 35 years, but priority is given to younger candidates).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Transportation: Must own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for field visits.
  • Willingness to work in the field across multiple Amartha branches.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
