Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential micro‑entrepreneurs and small‑business owners in the Sumatera Barat region.
- Present Amartha’s suite of financial products, including micro‑loans and savings solutions, tailoring the pitch to each client’s unique needs.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales manager to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in community events and local market fairs to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to compliance and ethical standards, ensuring all transactions follow Amartha’s regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- Age: Must be under 28 years old at the time of application.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a personal motorcycle to travel to client sites across the region.
- Strong willingness to work in a field‑based marketing environment.
- Commitment to a 12‑month initial contract, with the possibility of permanent placement thereafter.
- Basic analytical skills for sales performance evaluation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
