Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, offering additional items, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle payment transactions, process bills, and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Upsell menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy, offering appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, and participate in regular training sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in restaurant or food‑service roles.
- Key Skills: Strong customer service orientation, ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a keen eye for detail.
- Personal Traits: Responsible, disciplined, honest, and able to stay composed under pressure.
- Appearance: Well‑groomed and presentable, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Additional: Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
