Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to ensure smooth administrative flow.
- Assist the Customer Service (CS) team for the online store by handling inquiries, processing orders, and updating order status via the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales reports, and financial transactions using spreadsheet software.
- Support the digital marketing team by preparing content calendars, scheduling social media posts, and monitoring campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
- Prepare meeting minutes, draft internal communications, and distribute announcements to staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions on digital marketing tools, e‑commerce platforms, and professional communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (including candidates who wear a hijab).
- Possession of a personal laptop capable of running office and basic e‑commerce software.
- Willingness to commit to a 3‑month internship period and reside in the on‑site camp.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
