- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide recommendations and accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables efficiently between seatings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and manage peak‑hour demands.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts with precision.
- Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and health‑safety briefings to stay updated on procedures and new menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of utensils, glassware, and cleaning equipment.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and preparation of service stations before and after shifts.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
