Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new credit‑card customers through cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing cardholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting additional banking products.
  • Participate actively in mandatory training programs, workshops, and product certification sessions, achieving all set learning milestones.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress using the bank’s CRM system and reporting results to the branch manager.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor offerings and propose strategic initiatives to improve our product positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti‑fraud procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Risk Management, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide accurate documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift schedules when required.
  • Open to candidates who are currently enrolled in higher education (part‑time or online arrangements available).
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
