- Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.

- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to synchronize service flow, especially during peak hours and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, spirits, mixers, and bar supplies; communicate restocking needs to the manager.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) preferred; high school (SMA/SMK) acceptable for entry‑level daily‑worker positions.
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and cocktail mixing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset focused on guest satisfaction.
