Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using the store’s Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.

- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, answer product queries, and guide them to appropriate departments when needed.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in inventory control by scanning returned items, updating stock counts, and alerting supervisors to low‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with floor staff to manage peak‑hour queues, keeping lines moving efficiently without sacrificing service quality.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, escalating complex issues to the store manager as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new POS features, promotional offers, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising by arranging impulse‑buy items near the checkout and ensuring promotional signage is current.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, data privacy, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
