Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing team in the heart of Jakarta. This role is focused on driving sales of safety and construction‑related products, building long‑term relationships with key clients, and representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of at least two years in sales, a polished appearance, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted canvassing activities to identify and engage potential customers across the Jakarta metropolitan area.
  • Present product portfolios, perform live demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of safety and building solutions to decision‑makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms while maintaining company profitability targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and follow‑up documentation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—logistics, engineering, and customer service—to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and post‑sale support.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.
  • Travel within Central Jakarta and surrounding districts as required, adhering to a standard work schedule of 08:00‑17:00.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating integrity, discipline, and meticulous attention to detail in every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates (as per the client’s current hiring policy).
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in safety equipment, construction materials, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a record of closing high‑value deals.
  • Professional and attractive personal appearance suitable for client‑facing roles.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to be based in Central Jakarta and travel locally as required.
