Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collection team to support rapid growth in the Painan region. We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Remedial who will play a critical role in managing overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) and ensuring that our credit portfolio remains healthy and on target. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collections activities for overdue accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recovery of outstanding balances.
- Monitor credit risk indicators and flag high‑risk accounts for further action.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls, send reminder notices, and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
- Coordinate with internal teams—such as underwriting, legal, and customer service—to resolve disputes and facilitate settlements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, success rates, and any escalations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews, sharing insights and proposing process improvements to meet or exceed collection targets.
- Support the training of new hires by sharing best practices in credit monitoring and negotiation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to debt recovery.
- Represent Adira Finance professionally during field visits to borrowers and external agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 29‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial data.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office in Painan, in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
