Introduction
We are seeking energetic and detail‑oriented individuals to join our logistics hub in Kabupaten Tangerang as Pickers and Packers. This position is a key part of our fulfillment operation, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, packed securely, and delivered on time. Responsibilities
The duties are divided between two closely related functions—Picker and Packer—each critical to the end‑to‑end order fulfillment cycle.
- Picker Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming orders in the system and prioritize them for processing.
- Print inventory (INV) order sheets and verify that each sheet matches the system data.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage locations according to the printed INV order.
- Perform a quick visual check to confirm item condition and quantity before moving to the packing area.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or shortages to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- Packer Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes on each item and on the order sheet to confirm accurate picking.
- Pack items following company‑specified guidelines (e.g., protective packaging, weight limits, and labeling).
- Update the system to indicate that the order is ready for dispatch.
- Trigger the driver assignment process by sending the order to the dispatch system or “tembak” the order to the driver.
- Load packed orders into the driver’s bag, double‑check the manifest, and hand over the package to the assigned driver.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core skills:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
- Basic computer literacy for order monitoring and barcode scanning.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
- Soft skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork, as coordination with drivers and supervisors is essential.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially given the fixed shift of 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies.
