We are seeking a dedicated Staf Toko Cabang Nunukan – Shift to join our dynamic retail team. This position plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations at our Nunukan branch. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to work a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and ensure proper cash balancing at shift end.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and restock shelves according to inventory reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low‑stock items, and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Support loss‑prevention efforts by following security protocols and promptly addressing suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Provide assistance in setting up seasonal promotions, price tagging, and signage updates.
- Address customer complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Adaptable attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with diverse customers.
- Reliability in adhering to shift schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and punctual attendance.
