Introduction
We are seeking a passionate Guru Kelas Pendidikan Dasar (SD) to join our vibrant primary‑school community in Gempol, Pandaan. This position is open to both male and female candidates who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) and share a genuine love for working with young children. As a classroom teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational knowledge, social skills, and confidence of elementary‑aged learners.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for grades 1‑6.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods—including interactive activities, storytelling, and digital resources—to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and informal observations; maintain accurate academic records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and development milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide initiatives.
- Participate in professional development workshops, faculty meetings, and community outreach programs.
- Uphold school policies on discipline, attendance, and student welfare while modeling integrity, creativity, and responsibility.
- Contribute ideas for extracurricular clubs, cultural events, and innovative classroom technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Education or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders.

- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior teaching experience is not mandatory.
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Gempol, Pandaan.
