Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Senior Waiter (Pramusaji Senior) to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage team. As a senior member of the front‑of‑house crew, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience while also helping to promote our venue’s unique culinary offerings.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise junior waitstaff, assign tables, and provide on‑the‑job coaching to maintain service standards.
- Monitor table turnover, manage reservation logs, and coordinate with the host/hostess to maximize seating efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including table settings, silverware, and glassware.
- Assist in inventory control by tracking stock levels of beverages, condiments, and disposables, and reporting shortages to the manager.
- Prepare and post engaging short‑form video content and photo stories on Instagram and TikTok that highlight menu items, special promotions, and the venue’s atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social‑media campaigns with on‑site events and seasonal menus.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑27 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of experience in food & beverage service; prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a sincere work ethic.
- Proficiency in creating and editing short‑form video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Polished personal appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow front‑of‑house team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to uphold them consistently.
