Introduction

As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of Polytron in a variety of retail locations, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance and that sales targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales performance for assigned stores, meeting or exceeding set targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
- Execute promotional campaigns designed by the corporate marketing team, ensuring correct placement of materials and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of Polytron’s electronic portfolio, including specifications, features, and competitive advantages, to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards, guaranteeing that product displays are attractive, organized, and compliant with SOPs.
- Ensure store cleanliness and a professional presentation of the sales area, creating a welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store management and staff, facilitating smooth cooperation and information flow.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering attendance, sales figures, and inventory levels, and submit them to the regional supervisor.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer feedback, relaying insights to the central team to inform future product launches and promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product workshops to stay updated on the latest technological developments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/SEDERJAT).
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales promoter, retail associate, or similar role within the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and store personnel.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a tidy, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Basic proficiency with reporting tools and the ability to keep accurate sales and inventory records.
- Flexibility to work the designated hours of 08:00 – 17:00 and adapt to varying store schedules.
