We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan to join our growing team in Padang, Sumatra Barat. Responsibilities
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that support both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Key duties include:
- Establishing and maintaining periodic relationships with partner companies, vendors, and on‑site managers to align expectations and deliverables.
- Coordinating all technical implementations on the ground, from workforce scheduling to compliance checks, ensuring that field activities adhere to corporate standards.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance on operational procedures, safety protocols, and HR policies to on‑site staff.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports covering attendance, overtime, payroll, recruitment metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the recruitment cycle by assisting with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes at partner locations.
- Managing documentation related to the new UU Cipta Kerja and industrial relations to ensure legal compliance.
- Acting as a liaison between the HR department and field teams, facilitating communication and rapid issue resolution.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on HR best practices and emerging labor regulations.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications and possess the listed skills:
- Male candidate, minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in industrial HR or manpower management.
- Valid SIM A/C with the ability to operate motorcycles and cars safely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of the UU Cipta Kerja and industrial relations legislation.
- Understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Preference given to candidates with notable sports achievements, reflecting teamwork and dedication.
- Immediate availability to join the team upon selection.
- Residency in Padang, Sumatra Barat, or willingness to relocate to the area.
