Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that all equipment (cash drawer, barcode scanner, receipt printer) is functioning properly.
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, answer basic product inquiries, and direct them to appropriate staff for detailed assistance.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash balances, preparing end‑of‑day reports for the store manager.
- Assist with inventory checks, shelf restocking, and visual merchandising during quieter periods.
- Create engaging short‑form content (e.g., product highlights, promotional posts) for the store’s social media channels, helping to attract foot traffic and boost sales.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS features, product knowledge, and customer‑service best practices.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving the checkout experience.
- Uphold store standards for hygiene, safety, and loss‑prevention, reporting any irregularities promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑24 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role currently emphasizes a female candidate but welcomes anyone who meets the skill set.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills:
- Basic cashier system proficiency (Sistem Kasir).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Ability to create simple, engaging content for social media (“bisa ngonten”).
- Strong work ethic and reliability (“niat kerja”).
- Availability to work a shift schedule of 10:00‑18:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday.
