Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial sector, targeting manufacturers, construction firms, and service providers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, quotations, and technical presentations that align with client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate product specifications, leveraging AutoCAD skills to interpret and modify technical drawings when necessary.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, needs assessment, negotiation, contract signing, to after‑sales support.
- Maintain regular follow‑up with existing customers to secure repeat business, address concerns, and promote additional product lines.
- Plan and execute outdoor promotional events, product demonstrations, and trade‑show participation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Travel to client sites, regional warehouses, and branch offices, often outside the city, to build rapport and close deals.
- Uphold the company’s professional image by presenting a neat, attractive appearance and demonstrating strong communication skills at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: 25‑35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all qualified candidates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within industrial equipment or engineering services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and modifying technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute outdoor activities or field campaigns.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of successful follow‑up and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Valid and active SIM A (driving licence) is highly preferred due to frequent travel requirements.
