Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Outlet Penjualan dan Pengembangan Tim to lead our retail outlet and drive sales growth across the region. This pivotal role combines frontline sales management with strategic team development, ensuring that our outlet consistently exceeds performance targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals and local market conditions.
- Coach, mentor, and schedule team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage hygiene, safety, and quality in accordance with industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to maximize foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to recommend adjustments to the product mix and pricing strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, food & beverage management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey expectations clearly to both staff and customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience under high‑pressure environments, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems) and familiarity with inventory software.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
