Responsibilities
- Present and promote Home Credit’s installment and credit purchase options to customers who wish to buy merchandise on credit.
- Educate shoppers on the benefits, terms, and application procedures of Home Credit financing, ensuring clear understanding and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Guide customers through the full loan application process, including document collection, data entry, and verification.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively identifying cross‑selling opportunities and upselling value‑added services.
- Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, greet every visitor with a friendly smile, and uphold the brand’s service excellence standards.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and fellow crew members to ensure smooth daily operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Handle post‑sale inquiries, resolve customer concerns promptly, and follow up on pending applications to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report daily sales performance, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the supervising manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA, Paket C accepted).
- Open to all genders; no age restriction.
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year), but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work as a store crew member at a location that matches your domicile within Lahat and its vicinity.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a positive attitude, friendliness, and a consistent smile.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills, with a focus on customer education.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 11:00‑21:00).
