Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Staff Crew Multifungsi (Part‑Time) at our rapidly expanding retail hub in Nganjuk. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide friendly service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelving, displays, and the sales floor.
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process refunds or exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandising plans.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving store efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives organized by the store, reinforcing the brand’s local presence.
- Uphold a high standard of personal hygiene and dress code, representing the company’s image positively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18–25 years old.

- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact actively with customers and teammates.

- Basic understanding of store management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
