Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Staff Crew Multifungsi (Part‑Time) at our rapidly expanding retail hub in Nganjuk. This role is designed for energetic candidates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic store environment while contributing to daily operations, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance. As a multifunctional crew member, you will rotate through several key areas, allowing you to develop a broad skill set that is highly valued in the retail and service industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, provide friendly service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelving, displays, and the sales floor.
  • Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process refunds or exchanges.
  • Collaborate with team members to set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandising plans.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the store manager promptly.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving store efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives organized by the store, reinforcing the brand’s local presence.
  • Uphold a high standard of personal hygiene and dress code, representing the company’s image positively.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age range: 18–25 years old.
  • All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong personal attributes: honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact actively with customers and teammates.
  • Commitment to regular religious practices (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji) as part of personal development.
  • Basic understanding of store management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
