Introduction
The Manajer Proyek Wilayah Manado is a pivotal leadership role within our dynamic organization, responsible for steering regional projects to successful completion while nurturing strong vendor partnerships. Based in the vibrant city of Manado, the position offers an opportunity to collaborate directly with the CEO, shape project strategies, and influence the growth trajectory of the company’s initiatives in the North Sulawesi market. Candidates will work a six‑day week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, balancing operational oversight with strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring that each task aligns with the overall timeline and quality standards.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and resolving any service issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to define project scopes, set milestones, and track progress against key performance indicators.
- Develop, present, and refine project budgets, forecasting resource needs and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or external factors.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables, conducting regular status reviews and implementing corrective actions when deadlines are at risk.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and progress reports, in a centralized file management system.
- Communicate project updates to clients, gathering feedback, clarifying requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to foster innovative solutions, improve user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative culture and encouraging professional development.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old (maximum age limit).

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Design Thinking, basic project management principles, and effective file organization.
