Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Business Development & Client Relations to join our growing team in Batam. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our market footprint, and strengthening relationships with both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable with field work, and motivated to achieve ambitious sales targets while representing our brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach.
- Present and negotiate product offers, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop strategic partnerships with property developers, local RT/RW administrations, and housing complexes to boost home‑pass penetration.
- Conduct on‑site demonstrations and product presentations, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute branding initiatives, distribute promotional materials, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Monitor and strive to improve key performance indicators such as termination rates, customer satisfaction scores, and monthly sales quotas.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Travel extensively within the Sekupang, Baloi Permai, and Batu Aji districts, working six days a week on a rolling schedule.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments to deliver consultative selling.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Management, Economics, Communication, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, International Relations, or related fields with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related sales‑focused role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage a mobile schedule, and handle a six‑day workweek with rolling rest days.
- Residence in Batam or surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in B2C marketing, sales development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑centric mindset.
