Responsibilities

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure system stability and high availability.
- Optimize database schemas and queries in MySQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient retrieval.
- Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adopt best practices for clean, maintainable code.
- Deploy applications to staging and production environments, managing server configurations and monitoring tools.
- Assist the QA team with test case creation, automated testing integration, and quality analysis.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in PHP, Laravel, and modern JavaScript ecosystems, sharing knowledge with peers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; graduates of Informatics, Computer Science, or related programs (D3/S1) are highly preferred.
- Strong foundation in PHP and the Laravel framework, including Eloquent ORM, middleware, and service containers.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, with hands‑on experience in either Next.js or React.js.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL, and ability to write efficient queries and migrations.
- Experience (or strong willingness) with debugging tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to deploy applications on common hosting platforms or cloud services and manage basic server administration tasks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for documentation and team collaboration.
