Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and kitchen, ensuring service standards, food safety, and hygiene compliance are consistently met.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, cocktail programs, and promotional offers that align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of chefs, bartenders, servers, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory control, supplier relationships, and purchasing budgets to optimize cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) while maintaining quality.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to showcase menu highlights, behind‑the‑scenes content, and engage the local community.
- Coordinate with marketing and events teams to plan special nights, private functions, and collaborations with local influencers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive innovation by researching new culinary techniques, beverage trends, and sustainability practices that can be incorporated into operations.
Requirements
- Female candidate, aged 19‑29 years, residing in Boyolali or surrounding areas.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in food & beverage (F&B) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic: hard‑working, honest, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Creative, innovative, resilient, and quick‑thinking with a passion for culinary and beverage trends.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Active presence on TikTok and/or Instagram, with an eye for visual storytelling and brand promotion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, train staff, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
