Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales activities by approaching potential customers through phone calls, visits, and organized events.
- Present and market the bank’s credit card portfolio, highlighting benefits such as rewards programs, interest rates, and exclusive privileges.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new prospects and existing cardholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field and help refine promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the bank’s CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact credit card sales.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and BI (Bank Indonesia) credit checks.
- Provide post‑sale support, assisting customers with activation, usage queries, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 19 – 45 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or consumer products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex product features clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to pass BI credit checks without restrictions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
