Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect residential and small‑business customers within the assigned territory of Banda Aceh.
  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits, product demonstrations, and on‑site consultations to explain MyRepublic’s internet packages, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of leads, using both traditional outreach (flyers, community events) and digital tools (WhatsApp, social media).
  • Negotiate contracts, process applications, and ensure smooth hand‑over to the installation team.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs such as number of new subscriptions, revenue generated, and conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams about customer preferences, competitive offers, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM, updating customer information and sales activities in real time.
  • Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and sales contests to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Uphold MyRepublic’s brand standards and deliver a courteous, professional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: 18‑40 years (maximum 45 years as per original posting).
  • All genders accepted.
  • No prior sales experience required, though a passion for communication and a persuasive attitude are essential.
  • Own a valid motorbike and possess a clean driving record; ability to travel throughout the Banda Aceh area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to explain pricing and contract terms clearly.
  • Self‑discipline to manage your own schedule – work hours are flexible but must meet agreed targets.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
