Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and independent stores within the assigned territory.
- Introduce and demonstrate the features and benefits of our product portfolio, tailoring the pitch to the needs of each customer.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to secure repeat business.
- Maintain accurate stock levels on the van, perform inventory checks, and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse.
- Record each transaction promptly, update sales logs, and submit detailed daily reports to the sales manager.
- Communicate promotional offers, new product launches, and pricing changes to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure product displays, shelf placements, and merchandising standards align with company guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the regional team.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to budgeted expenses for fuel and transportation.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of experience in direct sales, distribution, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable motorcycle or motorized vehicle for route coverage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and product assortments.
- Basic administrative abilities: accurate data entry, report generation, and use of mobile sales tools.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and a proven record of meeting deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading of product cases and to travel extensively throughout the territory.
