Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit gates, verify ticketing, and manage cash or electronic payment transactions accurately.
- Operate the control room surveillance system, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and intercoms, to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
- Guide drivers to available parking spaces, provide clear directions, and assist with vehicle retrieval during peak hours.
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking area to ensure cleanliness, proper lighting, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, incident reports, and daily revenue, submitting them to the supervisor at shift end.
- Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities when handling traffic violations, accidents, or emergency situations.
- Enforce company policies regarding prohibited items, unauthorized parking, and vehicle size restrictions.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering inquiries, handling complaints, and offering solutions that enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Assist in training new attendants on operational procedures, equipment usage, and customer‑service etiquette.
- Participate in periodic audits and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders (original posting specified male, but we welcome all qualified candidates).
- Physical criteria: Height at least 165 cm for men, proportional weight, no glasses (no myopia or astigmatism), no body piercings or tattoos visible.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proven teamwork ability; capable of coordinating with security staff, management, and fellow attendants.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and discipline.
- Basic technical aptitude for operating CCTV, ticketing machines, and control‑room software.
- Readiness to be placed in Denpasar Selatan and commence work immediately.
