Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Marketing to join our growing team in Blang Pidie. This role is a pivotal bridge between our product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring that our market presence expands while maintaining strong relationships with our distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving sales, adept at navigating credit applications, and capable of representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product range to existing customers and proactively acquire new clients across the assigned territory.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, gathering initial data to assess sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information, compile necessary documentation, and process credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any other essential details to ensure smooth transaction cycles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer databases using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel within the assigned region using a personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule that maximizes customer contact while respecting work‑life balance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or marketing role; experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ownership of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field activities.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with flexibility to accommodate customer needs.
