Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery, performing routine start‑up and shut‑down procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment and product flow to detect any irregularities or potential hazards.
- Perform light electrical troubleshooting, such as replacing fuses, checking wiring connections, and reporting more complex issues to senior technicians.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including shift reports, machine performance data, and any downtime incidents.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet daily production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Participate in routine preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments of machinery.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and promoting a culture of safety among peers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process bottlenecks and suggesting efficiency enhancements.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of light electrical work (e.g., wiring, circuit testing) is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work a two‑shift schedule (day and night) with flexibility to adjust as production demands change.
- Residence within Kayen, Sukolilo, Tambakromo, Gabus, or surrounding areas to facilitate reliable attendance.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Basic computer literacy for entering production data and accessing digital work instructions.
